For made to order items including all rings in all ringsizes please allow 6 weeks for the making process prior to shipping. Once your piece is finished we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We offer 14 day returns on items bought from our website, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The period during which you may exercise your right of cancellation starts on the day you receive the product. If the 14-day period expires on a holiday, 24 December (Christmas Eve) or 31 December (New Year’s Eve), the period is extended to expire on the following weekday, unless otherwise stated. Example:
If the product is received on 1 June, the last day on which the right of cancellation may be exercised will be 15 June. The time limit has been observed if you send your notification on exercise of your right of cancellation before expiry of the time limit. You may exercise your right of cancellation without stating any specific reason and by communicating your decision to us by email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must subsequently return the product to us.
You are liable for the expenses incidental to returning a product when you cancel the purchase.
You must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to cancel the purchase. However, we do not accept delivery of products returned Cash on delivery or sent without postage.
Customers will be responsible for any return delivery charges.
The product in question may be returned to Hanne Heftø, Klosterbrunnsgatan 8, 621 56 Visby, Sweden.
Documentation may be demanded proving that the product was sent prior to expiry of the time limit. If the product is to be sent, it must be packaged in a responsible manner. You have the risk of the product during transportation and are responsible for ensuring that the package/product arrives undamaged. Consequently, you should save postal receipts and any track and trace number.
Furthermore, we encourage you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase and to return the product in its original packaging.
Products must be returned in a good and undamaged condition. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product.
You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. We will estimate the value on the basis of a specific assessment of the returned product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery, jewellery that has been adjusted for the customer, custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged unless previously agreed in writing. Any requests for return of these items will be considered on an individual basis.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Standard orders placed via the website can be exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. We will cover the shipping costs related to the exchange.

Please note that custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
